SHIPPING POLICY

MALASA's shipping policy is 3-7 days after payment has been processed. MALASA will ensure that the products are delivered in due time. Due to the COVID-19 conditions, please allow up to two weeks for the products to arrive in the case of there having delays in shipment. For bulk orders, MALASA would contact through email on your order before it can be processed. This is in due to the need of our customer's information to further improve our services. For bulk orders, we will process it according to the agreed upon time. Thank you for your understanding.

 

MALASA reserves the right to cancel any and all orders that have not made their payment within the stipulated agreed upon time. For payment enquires, you may contact us on the number or fill in our Contact Form in the Contact page on this website. MALASA will send in an email once an order has been placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

MALASA's return and exchange policy is only subjected to items that have been incorrectly sent, damaged items, and expired items. MALASA will not be accepting any products that have been opened due to hygienic purposes as well as food safety. We care about our quality of products and we are working hard to ensure that our services live up to our products' standards.

MALASA reserves the right to ask for and demand proof of purchase as well as proof of the damaged goods. Goods that are damaged during shipping cannot be returned to MALASA as that would fall under the selected courier used to transport the goods. MALASA reserves the right to not entertain the idea of returning goods if the evidence is insufficient or does not fall under one of the things we cover. MALASA will reimburse the buyer or exchange the goods given if found sufficient evidence.
